Every trip starts with real planning time — research, vendor comparisons, holds, and the back-and-forth that gets the details right. These fees cover that work. They're listed in full below so there are no surprises.

This schedule is incorporated by reference into the M B Excursions Booking Agreement and Terms & Conditions. The version in effect on the date of your booking governs your reservation. Prior versions are available on request.
Credit card processing — 3.5%
This fee applies only when we process your card ourselves. It covers the merchant processing cost we're charged on the transaction.
- No fee on quote requests — we absorb the processing cost on all quote request fees.
- No fee at booking — when you book, we'll send a credit card authorization form through our booking portal and your card is charged directly by the vendor.
- 3.5% applies — if you'd rather not use the authorization form, or on group trips where we collect and hold funds on the group's behalf.
Quote requests
Charged when you request a quote. This covers the research and planning that goes into building your options. Quote request fees are non-refundable and are not applied toward the cost of your travel.

Let us take the guesswork out of planning your destination wedding.
Group Quote Request
For parties of nine or more travelers.
Honeymoon
For clients requesting a quote for a honeymoon vacation.
Babymoon
For parents-to-be requesting a celebratory getaway before the bundle of joy arrives.
Luxury Charter
Private jet, yacht, and other chartered travel.
Disney
For a quote at any of the Disney properties.
Cruise
For any ocean or river cruise line.
Guided Tours
For small tour-led vacations.
Sports Travel
For games, tournaments and sporting events, at home or abroad.
LGBTQIA+ Travel
For clients looking for LGBTQIA+ friendly destinations.
All Other Requests
For any quote request not listed above.
Additional Quote Revisions
Your quote request includes two revisions. Any revision beyond the second is charged individually.
Changes
Applies once an itinerary has been booked. Vendor change penalties, if any, are separate and charged by the vendor.
Name Change
Changing the name of a traveler after an itinerary has been booked. Available only on bookings that include travel insurance.
Airline Change
Changing airlines or flights after an itinerary has been booked. Once ticketed, air tickets are non-refundable.
Changes After Departure
Any change made after your trip has commenced.
Booking & payment
Applies at the time of booking or during the payment period.
Last Minute Booking
Any booking made within 45 days of the departure date. Because this falls inside the final payment window, the balance is due in full at booking.
Late Fee
When additional time is needed to pay beyond the final payment date. Granted at the vendor's discretion.
Declined or Returned Payment
Applies when a payment is declined or returned. Returned payments may be placed in collections.
Cancellation Fee
Charged once per cancellation request, regardless of how many travelers on that reservation are cancelling. If travelers cancel at different times, each request is charged separately. Must be paid before the cancellation process begins. Vendor cancellation penalties are separate.

Vendor charges are always additional. Every fee on this page is charged by M B Excursions in addition to — never in place of — any fee, penalty, or deposit forfeiture imposed by a vendor or supplier. Paying an M B Excursions fee does not satisfy, reduce, or waive anything owed to a vendor.
