Tell Us About the Trip
Fill out the quote request. Who's traveling, your dates or date range, your budget, and what matters most to you.

We Research and Price It
You get a real quote — flights, lodging, transfers, and the details that usually get missed. Individual trips in 2–3 business days, groups in 7–10.

We Adjust It Together
Two revisions are included. Change the resort, shift the dates, add a traveler — we rework it until it fits.

We Book It and Stay With You
Deposits, payment reminders, documents, and someone to call while you're gone. The trip doesn't end at checkout.
What It Costs to Work With Us
We charge a research fee up front. It's how you get a planner who actually digs, instead of a booking site that shows you whatever pays it most.
Research Fee: $75 – $250
Non-refundable, and set by how complex the trip is. Simple beach week at the low end; multi-city or large group at the high end.
Includes Two Revisions
One full quote plus two rounds of changes. Additional revisions are $25 each.

The full fee schedule is posted, so nothing about pricing is a surprise after you've committed.
